This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.

   

How do I ... ?

-Sending a graphic via e-mail:

1. Most customers send logos or graphics to be digitized via e-mail.

2. When writing an email most programs have an icon in the toolbar.

3. You can check by holding your mouse over the icons and a tip will appear giving you the function of the icon. You are looking for one that says "Attachment" or "Send a File".

4. If you still cannot find this try clicking your right mouse button over the body portion of your e-mail.  A small menu will appear with options. Look for "Send a File" or" Attachment"

5. If you still have no luck check your help section of that program on sending a file.

6. ONCE the Attachment icon is pushed a directory window pops up.

7. Browse your computer and locate the file you wish to send and "double click it"
